Ingredients

  • 1 cup roughly chopped carrots, about 3 medium
  • 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Good Culture Probiotic Milk
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cups ice

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide among two glasses, and enjoy immediately.
