Ingredients
- 1 cup roughly chopped carrots, about 3 medium
- 1-inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 1 cup Good Culture Probiotic Milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 2 cups ice
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide among two glasses, and enjoy immediately.
