Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

½ cup Good Culture Organic Cottage Cheese 4% (cold)

1 tablespoon raw honey

½ tablespoon cacao powder

3 tablespoons chocolate chips

Pinch flaky salt

Honey Mama’s Cherry Hazelnut bar, chopped

Directions:

In a food processor or blender add ½ cup cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon honey and ½ tablespoon cacao powder.  

Add 3 tablespoons of chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave 1 minute (pause and stir at the 30 second mark). 

Pour melted chocolate chips into the food processor with the cottage cheese mixture. Blend well until the cottage cheese is smooth. You will likely have to pause and scrape down the sides 1-2 times. . 

Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up more. 

Chop the Honey Mama’s Cherry Hazelnut bar into cubes. 

Serve the chocolate mousse in a bowl with some of the chopped Honey Mama’s Cherry Hazelnut Bar and a pinch of flaky salt.
