Good Culture French Onion Dip

1/2 cup Good Culture sour cream
4 pasture-raised eggs
4 corn tortillas
1 can refried pinto beans
1 pint salsa
cilantro bunch
salt & pepper

directions:

  1. toast tortillas

  2. layer warm refried beans, salsa, and sunny side up egg

  3. garnish with cilantro, salt, and pepper

  4. finish with a squeeze of Good Culture sour cream and lime juice
