spicy taco seasoning
Good Culture sour cream
corn, cassava, or almond flour tortillas
pico de gallo
diced lettuce
lime juice
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil


  1. Sauté grass fed beef and spicy taco seasoning in a cast iron skillet until well done

  2. Make pico de gallo: dice tomatoes, red onion and cilantro. Combine in a bowl and drizzle with 1/2 lime and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper

  3. Toast tortillas in a skillet

  4. Assemble tacos: Add grass fed beef and pico de gallo to your tortillas. Finish with a squeeze of Good Culture sour cream
