Air Fried Sweet Potato Fries with Green Onion Garlic Dip

40 minutes (working in 2 batches)


  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • Pinch salt & pepper


Peel the sweet potatoes and cut off the ends. Cut into fry strips, about ¼ to ½ inch thick. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and a generous pinch of salt. Spread in air fryer, do not crowd, cook at 380 for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Depending on the size of the air fryer, it might take 2 batches.

While the sweet potatoes are cooking, blend the cottage cheese, mayo, Greek yogurt, ¾ tsp garlic powder, olive oil, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Stir in green onion.
