Ingredients:
- 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Good Culture cream cheese
- 1 Whisked egg
- Everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
Directions:
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt then stir in the cream cheese and yogurt.
- Mix with clean hands until the dough comes together. You may need to add a tbsp of flour. The dough shouldn’t be very sticky.
- Split into 8 pieces.
- Roll then slightly flatten.
- Add a heaping TBSP of cream cheese to the center then gently close up.
- Lightly brush with egg then roll in seasoning.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
