Ingredients:

3 cups Good Culture 2% Cottage Cheese (660grams)

½ cup fresh blueberries

1/3 cup maple syrup (90 grams)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Toppings/Add Ins:

Wild frozen blueberries

Crushed Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Instructions:

1. Add all the ice cream ingredients into a blender and blitz until everything is blended and smooth.

2. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe pan.

3. If swirling add-ins, defrost the wild blueberries until soft and swirl into the ice cream mixture and sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookie pieces until mixed in.

4.Wrap the container with cling wrap and freeze the ice cream for at least 6 hours or until frozen solid.

5. When ready to eat, let the ice cream sit outside for at least 10-15 minutes to thaw and soften up.

6. Scoop and serve and top with more wild blueberries and chocolate sandwich cookie crumbles.Enjoy!
