Buffalo Chicken Dip

Bring the heat to every game day with this wildly addictive Buffalo chicken dip. Good Culture cream cheese, tangy Buffalo sauce, and tender chicken come together to create a dunk-worthy dip. Pair it with chips for some crunch and watch it disappear way before the game ends.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Good Culture Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional but for cheese pull)
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 2–4 tbsp milk or cream (for loosening)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • Scallions and chives for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Fold together the softened cream cheese with melted butter, garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Mix in the buffalo sauce until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella. Add milk or cream a tablespoon at a time until creamy but thick and scoopable.
  4. Transfer to a small baking dish or cast iron. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, until bubbling and lightly golden.
