Bring the heat to every game day with this wildly addictive Buffalo chicken dip. Good Culture cream cheese, tangy Buffalo sauce, and tender chicken come together to create a dunk-worthy dip. Pair it with chips for some crunch and watch it disappear way before the game ends.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Good Culture Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella (optional but for cheese pull)
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 2–4 tbsp milk or cream (for loosening)
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Scallions and chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Fold together the softened cream cheese with melted butter, garlic, and black pepper.
- Mix in the buffalo sauce until fully incorporated.
- Fold in chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella. Add milk or cream a tablespoon at a time until creamy but thick and scoopable.
- Transfer to a small baking dish or cast iron. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, until bubbling and lightly golden.
