Buffalo Chicken Dip

Makes 3 cups of dip : Total time 30 minutes

2 cups shredded chicken

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/2 cup cottage cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, cottage cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, buffalo sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. 
  2. Stir in the chicken. 
  3. Spoon into an 8×8 baking dish. 
  4. Top with more cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
