This 15-minute burrito bowl is a fast, flavor-packed dinner for four. Juicy ground chicken simmers in bold sauce and gets layered with hearty beans, fluffy Mexican rice, and a creamy scoop of Good Culture Cottage Cheese. Finish it with your favorite toppings—like avocado, cilantro, or crunchy onions—and grab some chips for dipping. A quick, high-protein meal that tastes like burrito night in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground chicken
  • 1 jar Somos Taco Simmer Sauce
  • 1 package of Somos Pinto & Black Beans
  • 1 package of Somos Mexican Rice
  • 1 cup Good Culture Cottage Cheese
  • Any taco toppings you like like avocado or cilantro and onions
  • Chips for dipping

Instructions

Start by browning the ground chicken until cooked through.  Add the jar of simmer sauce and cook on low while you warm up the beans and rice.  To serve, add beans, rice, and chicken to a bowl.  Top with cottage cheese and any taco toppings you want.
