Cacio e Pepe Cottage Cheese Cup

Sliced golden garlic, fragrant olive oil, Good Culture cottage cheese, and Parmesan come together to create an incredibly savory, crave-worthy snack. Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (15grams)
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 grinds of fresh black pepper
  • 1 single serve cup of Good Culture
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese (15 grams)
  • Crostini, to serve

Instructions:

  1. In a small pan, heat up the olive oil on medium heat until warm and slightly shimmery.
  2. Add the garlic cloves and fresh black pepper and cook until the garlic and pepper are aromatic and the garlic just begins to pick up some color around the edges, about 2-3 minutes, then pull off the heat.
  3. Pour the olive oil garlic mixture into a medium bowl.
  4. Scoop out the cottage cheese and add the parmesan as well. Give everything a good mix.
  5. Scoop the cottage cheese mixture back into the cup and serve with crostini. Enjoy!
