charcuterie board with sour cream garlic dip

1/2 cup Good Culture sour cream
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh herbs, like rosemary, chives, or thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together until evenly combined and creamy. Garnish with additional chives.

  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
