Cheese Dip


This quick and creamy cheese dip takes just five minutes to make. Bright lemon, a touch of salt, and a drizzle of chili crisp create the perfect balance of tangy, savory, and spicy—ideal for dunking bread, crackers, or chips.

Ingredients

  • 1, 16oz container Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 1 small lemon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3-4 tbsp Somos Chili Crisp
  • Bread, crackers, or chips for dipping

Instructions

In a food processor blend the cottage cheese, zest from 1 the lemon and juice from the lemon with the salt.  Pour into a dish and top with chili crisp.
