Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1, 14oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 5 oz frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
  • ¼ cup parmesan
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400.  Mix all the ingredients and place in a baking dish.  You can also top with a little more mozzarella and parm.  Bake 20 minutes.  Serve with chips or veggies.  Warm any leftovers when serving again.
