Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1, 14oz artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 5 oz frozen spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
- ¼ cup parmesan
- 1 cup mozzarella
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions:
👉Preheat oven to 400. Mix all the ingredients and place in a baking dish. You can also top with a little more mozzarella and parm. Bake 20 minutes. Serve with chips or veggies. Warm any leftovers when serving again.
