Chocolate Chip Oat Protein Balls

Power up your day with these Chocolate Chip Oat Protein Balls. They are a high-protein, nutrient-dense, no-bake snack loaded with wholesome oats, flaxseed, almonds, and chocolate chips. Perfect for a quick breakfast, post-workout recovery, or an on-the-go energy boost, these bite-sized treats curb cravings while keeping you fueled and satisfied.

Ingredients:

1 cup Good Culture 2% Cottage Cheese

⅓ cup old-fashioned oats

½ cup ground flaxseed

1 cup toasted almonds, finely ground

2 Tbsp honey

½ tsp almond extract

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

1.In a large bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, honey, almond extract, and vanilla until smooth.

2.Add the oats, flaxseed, and ground almonds. Mix until fully combined and a dough forms.

3.Fold in the chocolate chips.

4.Use a small cookie scoop or spoon to portion the dough, then roll into evenly sized balls.

5.Chill in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

Tip:You can also pulse everything in a food processor for a smoother, more cohesive dough.
