cottage caprese toast

2 cups of Good Culture 2% cottage cheese
sourdough bread
heirloom tomatoes
fresh basil
flakey sea salt
pepper
olive oil

directions:

  1. slice and toast your sourdough bread

  2. add 1/2 a cup of Good Culture cottage cheese to each slice

  3. top with heirloom tomato slices, basil, salt, pepper, and drizzle with olive oil
