Cottage Cheese Bagel


These high-protein bagels are soft, chewy, and perfect for an easy breakfast or snack. Blended cottage cheese turns simple ingredients into a fluffy, protein-packed bread that air-fries in minutes. Add everything bagel seasoning for the ultimate better-for-you bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup @good_culture cottage cheese (Blend really well, no chunks)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder

Directions

  • Blend everything together
  • Separate the dough into three parts and roll into bagel shapes
  • Top with egg white wash and sprinkle with a TON of everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Air fry at 380 degrees for around 13-14 minutes (depending on your air fryer.)
