Ingredients
- 1 cup @good_culture cottage cheese (Blend really well, no chunks)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp baking powder
Directions
- Blend everything together
- Separate the dough into three parts and roll into bagel shapes
- Top with egg white wash and sprinkle with a TON of everything but the bagel seasoning
- Air fry at 380 degrees for around 13-14 minutes (depending on your air fryer.)
