Ingredients:
2 ½ cup of all-purpose flour (300 grams) + extra for rolling
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups of Simply 2% Good Culture Cottage Cheese (440 grams)
½ cup of egg or egg white, beaten
Seasonings: poppy seeds, sesame seeds, everything bagel seasoning, onion, garlic etc.

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a half sheet baking pan with parchment and set aside.
- Add all dry ingredients into an extra-large bowl and whisk till combined.
- Blitz the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Fold in the blended cottage cheese into the flour mixture with a rubber spatula.
- Once the dough starts to come together, use your hands to knead the dough until it becomes a ball.
- Cut the dough into four sections using a bench scraper.
- Shape each dough piece into a round ball and gently press your thumbs in the center to form a bagel. If needed dust the dough with a little more flour if sticky. Once shaped place on the parchment. Repeat to all pieces of dough.
- Brush each bagel with egg wash. Try to get the bottoms as well to ensure they brown too.
- Coat each bagel in your desired seasoning until generously coated.
- Place the bagels pack onto the parchment and let them bake for about 20 minutes or just until golden brown and crisp.
- Let the bagels cool, then slice and smear with Good Culture Probiotic Cream Cheese
