Cottage Cheese Banana Split
Makes 1 large banana split
Who said you can’t have a banana split for breakfast? Because it definitely wasn’t us… Serve up “ice cream” for breakfast with the kids – all the cool moms are doing it! Or indulge in your late night cravings without feeling guilty for it with Good Culture’s Cottage Cheese Banana Split! Whatever the reason, is a good enough reason for a banana split.

1 oz dark chocolate, chopped

1 cup Good Culture Low Fat Classic Cottage Cheese, divided

1 banana, sliced lengthwise

2 tablespoons chopped strawberries

2 tablespoons crushed pineapple

3 fresh cherries
instructions:

In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate on 10-second intervals, stirring in between each interval, until completely melted.

Scoop the cottage cheese into a banana split dish, creating three distinct mounds.

Top one scoop with chopped strawberries, and one with crushed pineapple. Drizzle the third with melted dark chocolate, and top with the cherries.

Slide the halved banana into the dish, on either side of the cottage cheese scoops.
