Cottage Cheese Chive Dip

Ingredients:
2 cups Simply 2% Good Culture cottage cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon fresh chives
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Additional chives for topping
Directions:
Add cottage cheese, olive oil, salt and garlic powder to a food processor or high speed blender. Blend until the cottage cheese is thick and creamy.
Add ¼ cup of chopped chives. Pulse until combined (if you blend too long, it will turn the dip green).
Add to a bowl then top with additional chopped chives. Serve with chips and veggies.
Note: Can add an additional 2-3 tablespoons of milk to thin out the dip to get desired consistency.
