Cottage Cheese Crostinis

Ingredients

*Makes three separate types of crostinis

Good Culture Organic Cottage Cheese (4%)

Ripe Pear, sliced thin

Chopped pistachios

Honey

Smoked Salmon

Sliced baguette

Thinly sliced smoked salmon

Thinly sliced red onion

Capers (drained)

OR… toppings of choice!

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Cut the baguette into ½ inch slices. Add to a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in a 375F oven for 10-12 minutes or until toasted.

For the first crostini flavor: layer with Good Culture Cottage Cheese, cranberry sauce, a thinly sliced jalapeno and drizzle with honey.

For the second crostini flavor: Layer crostini with Good Culture Cottage Cheese, smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onion and capers.

For the third crostini flavor: Layer crostini with a slice of pear and chopped pistachios.

Assemble the crostinis and serve.
