These quick, protein-packed dips are perfect for parties, snacking, or meal prep. Each one starts with creamy blended cottage cheese for a smooth, craveable base.
Dips Three Ways:
Taco
- 1 tub Simply Good Culture Cottage Cheese (4% or 2%)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 container diced green chiles
Blend the cottage cheese until smooth (use a blender, food processor or immersion blender). Add seasoning packet and blend well to combine. Add diced green chiles and pulse a few times to incorporate.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy with chips, tortilla chips or veggies.
Ranch
- 1 tub Simply Good Culture Cottage Cheese (4% or 2%)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- Fresh dill (optional for topping)

French Onion
