Cottage Cheese Wrap


This high-protein cottage cheese wrap is a simple, low-carb alternative to traditional tortillas. Baked until firm and flexible, the cottage cheese forms a savory base that pairs perfectly with fresh arugula, juicy tomatoes, and your favorite fillings—like sliced bell peppers or diced chicken. Easy, customizable, and packed with protein, it’s the ultimate wrap hack for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • Approx. 1 cup arugula
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers, diced chicken – whatever you prefer in your wrap!

Instructions

  • Place 1 cup of Good Culture cottage cheese on parchment paper on top of baking sheet.
  • Spread cottage cheese as thin as possible (without creating holes/tears in cottage cheese) on parchment paper to make a rectangular shape.
  • Place baking sheet in 350 degree heated oven for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Take out of oven once finished cooking, and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Gently peel off cottage cheese wrap from parchment paper.
  • Place toppings of choosing (see Ingredients for recommendations) inside wrap, and enjoy!
