Ingredients
- 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
- 1/2 sliced tomato
- Approx. 1 cup arugula
- Optional: sliced bell peppers, diced chicken – whatever you prefer in your wrap!
Instructions
- Place 1 cup of Good Culture cottage cheese on parchment paper on top of baking sheet.
- Spread cottage cheese as thin as possible (without creating holes/tears in cottage cheese) on parchment paper to make a rectangular shape.
- Place baking sheet in 350 degree heated oven for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
- Take out of oven once finished cooking, and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Gently peel off cottage cheese wrap from parchment paper.
- Place toppings of choosing (see Ingredients for recommendations) inside wrap, and enjoy!
