Cottage Cheese Wrap


  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
  • 1/2 sliced tomato
  • Approx. 1 cup arugula
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers, diced chicken – whatever you prefer in your wrap!


  • Place 1 cup of Good Culture cottage cheese on parchment paper on top of baking sheet.
  • Spread cottage cheese as thin as possible (without creating holes/tears in cottage cheese) on parchment paper to make a rectangular shape.
  • Place baking sheet in 350 degree heated oven for 30 minutes, turning half way through.
  • Take out of oven once finished cooking, and let cool for 15 minutes.
  • Gently peel off cottage cheese wrap from parchment paper.
  • Place toppings of choosing (see Ingredients for recommendations) inside wrap, and enjoy!
