Cranberry & Walnut Dip

Make your holiday celebrations sweeter with this Cranberry & Walnut Dip. Fresh cranberry, thyme, orange zest, and Good Culture’s Cream Cheese come together to create the dip of the season. Perfectly creamy, tangy and sweet with just the right amount of crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (rinsed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (plus more to drizzle)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) container of Good Culture Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • Crackers, crostini, or endive leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Make the cranberry compote: In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, honey, thyme, orange zest, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for about 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens slightly. Let cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the base: Spread the Good Culture cream cheese in a shallow serving bowl or small plate. Its creamy, tangy base adds richness and a boost of live and active probiotics made simply, the way it should be.
  3. Assemble: Spoon the cooled cranberry compote over the cream cheese. Top with toasted walnuts and a drizzle of honey.
  4. Finish & serve: Garnish with a few thyme leaves and serve with crisp crackers or endive leaves.
