Cream Cheese Stuffed High Protein Bagel Bombs

40 minutes, including baking time


  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 Whisked egg
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning or sesame seeds


Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt then stir in the cream cheese and yogurt. Mix with clean hands until the dough comes together. You may need to add a tbsp of flour. The dough shouldn’t be very sticky. Split into 8 pieces. Roll then slightly flatten. Add a heaping tablespoon of cream cheese to the center then gently close up. Lightly brush with egg then roll in seasoning. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before eating.
