Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 2-3 tsp minced garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil to make it more of a dressing

Directions
