Beat the heat with these creamy Peach Popsicles made with Good Culture cottage cheese. They are a high protein frozen treat that blends ripe, juicy peaches with creamy cottage cheese for a guilt free treat. These easy peach cottage cheese popsicles require just a blender and a few wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 container (16 oz) Good Culture 2% Cottage Cheese
1 ½ lbs fresh or frozen peaches, divided
2 Tbsp honey (more to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, and about1¼ lbs of the peaches. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Roughly chop the remaining ¼ lb (about 1 cup) of peaches and fold them into the blended mixture for texture.
3. Pour the mixture into silicone popsicle molds and insert sticks.
4. Freeze overnight (or at least 6 hours) until fully set.
Tip: If using frozen peaches, thaw them slightly for easier blending
