Dill Pickle Cottage Cheese Cup

This one is for the pickle lovers. Savor this mouth-watering and perfectly tangy Dill Pickle cup made with Good Culture Cottage Cheese. Chopped pickles, fresh dill, and fresh parsley come together to create the ultimate protein-packed snack. Serve with some rye crackers for extra texture and crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 single serve cup of Good Culture Simply 2% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 tablespoons of chopped pickles
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Few grinds of fresh black pepper
  • Rye crackers, to serve

Instructions:

  • Scoop out the cottage cheese into a medium bowl
  • Add chopped pickles, fresh dill, fresh parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
  • Scoop the cottage cheese mixture back into the cup and serve with rye crackers. Enjoy!
