Ingredients:
- 1 single serve cup of Good Culture Simply 2% Cottage Cheese
- 1 tablespoons of chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped dill
- ½ teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- Few grinds of fresh black pepper
- Rye crackers, to serve
Instructions:
- Scoop out the cottage cheese into a medium bowl
- Add chopped pickles, fresh dill, fresh parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and give it a good mix.
