Elote Dip

Creamy Mexican street corn dip that’s bright, smoky, and irresistibly scoopable. This easy elote dip combines charred corn kernels with Good Culture Organic Sour Cream, zesty lime juice, chili and garlic, and plenty of crumbly Cotija and fresh cilantro. It comes together in minutes, delivers that classic street corn flavor without mayo, and is perfect for summer cookouts, game day, or last‑minute parties.

Ingredients

  • 3 ears of corn-  charred and kernels cut off
  • 1 cup Good Culture Organic Sour Cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • ½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese (plus more for topping)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Combine Good Culture sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, lime and cotija cheese and mix well. Then add charred corn kernels, fresh cilantro and salt to taste.
