Funfetti Cookie Dough

Craving something sweet? Whip up this protein-packed Funfetti edible cookie dough made with creamy Good Culture Cottage Cheese. The high-protein base blends cottage cheese, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract to create a birthday-cake flavor without raw eggs, loads of sugar, or flour.

Ingredients:

1 cup of 2% Simply Good Culture Cottage Cheese (220 grams)

¼ cup maple syrup (60 grams)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon almond extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 ¼ cup of almond flour (126 grams)

2/3 cup of vanilla protein powder (60 grams or ~2 scoops)

2 tablespoons of rainbow jimmies

Instructions

1. Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract and salt into your food

processor blender and blend until smooth.

2. In a large bowl, pour the cottage cheese mixture and add the dry ingredient, combine until fully

incorporated.

3. Scoop cookie dough into your desired dish and top with more sprinkles and a touch of salt. Enjoy!
