Golden Milk Pancakes


These golden, protein-packed pancakes are infused with warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and turmeric for a cozy, fragrant twist. Fluffy on the inside and slightly crisp on the edges, they’re the perfect breakfast to keep you full and happy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ¼ tsp cardamom
  • pinch of cloves & black pepper
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (I use monkfruit sweetener)
  • Milk – a couple of splashes to get the right consistency

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients then whisk in the eggs, cottage cheese, butter, and milk, just a little milk at a time to get the right consistency. The batter will be thick. I find 2 tbsp gets it right. Add about ¼ cup into a warm buttered pan. Cook for a few minutes each side.
