Golden Milk Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cardamom
- pinch of cloves & black pepper
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar (I use monkfruit sweetener)
- Milk – a couple of splashes to get the right consistency
Instructions
Mix the dry ingredients then whisk in the eggs, cottage cheese, butter, and milk, just a little milk at a time to get the right consistency. The batter will be thick. I find 2 tbsp gets it right. Add about ¼ cup into a warm buttered pan. Cook for a few minutes each side.
