Good Culture Pizza


This easy cottage cheese pizza recipe transforms a simple two-ingredient crust into a protein-packed base for all your favorite toppings. With a creamy blended cottage cheese dough, zesty pizza sauce, and melty mozzarella, it’s a quick weeknight dinner that delivers big flavor and a satisfying crunch. Top with fresh basil for the perfect finishing touch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup self-rising flour (see note for using all-purpose flour)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Optional: add basil garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Blend the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.Transfer to a bowl and mix with the flour until a sticky ball is formed.
  • Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough to your desired thickness. I recommend making it as thin as possible. (You may need to add more flour if the dough is too sticky.)
  • Bake the pizza dough for 6 minutes.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and carefully top with pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Continue to bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly then cut into pieces and enjoy!
