Greek Turkey Burger with Cottage Cheese Tzatziki

For the Tzatziki

  • 1 cup blended Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 1 small shredded cucumber, water pressed out
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

For the Burgers

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • ½ cup feta
  • ¼ cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ cup Panko
  • salt & pepper

Instructions:

  • Mix the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Add the burger ingredients to a bowl.  Mix until combined and form into 4-5 patties.  Cook on the grill or skillet for about 5 minutes per side, until completely cooked through in the center.
  • Load up your burger and enjoy!
