Greek Turkey Burger with Cottage Cheese Tzatziki
For the Tzatziki
- 1 cup blended Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1 small shredded cucumber, water pressed out
- squeeze of lemon
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
For the Burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup feta
- ¼ cup finely diced red onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ cup Panko
- salt & pepper
Instructions:
- Mix the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Add the burger ingredients to a bowl. Mix until combined and form into 4-5 patties. Cook on the grill or skillet for about 5 minutes per side, until completely cooked through in the center.
- Load up your burger and enjoy!
