Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ cup Good Culture Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
- 3 tablespoons of whole grain dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Heat up the oil in a small pan and cook the garlic in the oil just until no longer raw, just a minute or two. Set aside to cool.
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth and combined.
- Toss the greens of your choice with the dressing and enjoy!
