Lazy Girl Pizza Dip

Turn leftover slices into the easiest pizza dip ever. This two-ingredient Lazy Girl Pizza Dip blends softened pizza toppings (sauce, cheese, and whatever’s on your slice) with Good Culture Cottage Cheese for a creamy, high-protein appetizer in under 5 minutes.

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 16oz Good Culture Simply 4% Cottage Cheese
  • 3-4 large leftover pizza slices (NYC style is best for this)

Instructions

  1. Microwave the pizza slices for 30–60 seconds, just until the cheese and sauce soften.
  2. Using a spoon or fork, scrape off the cheese, sauce, and toppings; discard the crust.
  3. In a blender, combine the Good Culture cottage cheese, pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with giardiniera, fresh basil, or your favorite garnishes.
  5. Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.
