Have your tea and eat it too! This London Fog Cottage Cheese cup is the perfect way to start your morning. Early gray is blended with Good Culture’s cottage cheese to create a perfectly creamy and flavorful base. Make this treat even sweeter by topping it with a lavender white chocolate shell you can crack into.
Ingredients:
Earl Gray & Lavender Powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon of your favorite earl gray tea
- ¼ teaspoon culinary grade lavender

- 1 single serve cup of Good Culture Simply 2% Cottage Cheese
- Reserved earl gray powder, from above
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Lavender Earl Gray Magic Shell
- 1 tablespoon of chopped white chocolate
- ½ teaspoon extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil
- Reserved earl gray and lavender powder, from above
Instructions:
Earl Gray & Lavender Powders
- Add the earl gray tea into a mini food processor blender and blitz until super fine. Spoon out half of the earl gray powder out of the blender and set aside.
- Add the culinary lavender into the food processor with the leftover earl gray tea and blitz until fine. Pour out all the powder into a bowl and set aside.
London Fog Cottage Cheese Cup
- Into a blender add the cottage cheese, reserved earl gray powder from above, honey and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth.
- Fill up your single serve cup with the blended earl gray cottage cheese and smooth out the top.
Lavender Earl Gray Magic Shell
- In a small microwave save bowl, add the white chocolate and coconut oil.
- Microwave the chocolate in 15 second increments until the chocolate is just starting to melt. Give it a good stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the earl gray and lavender powder into the chocolate and give it a mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Drizzle the lavender and earl gray white chocolate over the blended cottage cheese and pop it in to the freezer for about 15 minutes. Break in with a spoon and enjoy!
