This is the perfect morning treat or afternoon pick-me-up. Perfectly whipped Good Culture cottage cheese gets swirled with Matcha and a hint of maple syrup to create a sweet and earthy treat. Top with a Matcha white chocolate shell for some extra sweetness, flavor, and fun!
Ingredients:
Matcha Cottage Cheese Cup
- 1 single serve cup of Good Culture Simply 2% Cottage Cheese
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Matcha Magic Shell
- 1 tablespoon of chopped white chocolate (10 grams)
- ½ teaspoon extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon of your favorite matcha powder, plus more for dusting
Topping
- Matcha powder to dust
Instructions:
- Into a blender, add the cottage cheese, matcha powder and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth.
- Fill up your single serve cup with the blended matcha cottage cheese and smooth out the top.
- In a small microwave save bowl, add the white chocolate and coconut oil.
- Microwave the chocolate in 15 second increments until the chocolate is just starting to melt. Give it a good stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the matcha powder into the chocolate and give it a mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Spoon the matcha chocolate over the blended cottage cheese and pop it into the freezer for about 15 minutes and you’ll be left with a crackly matcha topping. Dust with some more matcha if desired, and break in with a spoon and enjoy!
