Miso Dip

Creamy Good Culture cream cheese blends with white miso paste, rice wine vinegar, and toasted sesame oil for an addicting and savory bite. Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and a sprinkle of furikake or fresh scallions, then serve with crisp cucumber slices for the perfect crunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (7 oz) container Good Culture cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil, plus more for drizzling
  • Cucumber slices, for serving
  • Furikake rice seasoning or thinly sliced scallions, for topping

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, miso paste, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Whip or stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon into a serving bowl and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
  4. Top with furikake or scallions
