No Fuss Sour Cream Biscuits


  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar, packed
  • Handful of chives chopped
  • 1 ½ cup Good Culture sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter, melted and cooled


👉Preheat oven to 400.  Stir together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.  Stir through cheddar and chives, then cream cheese and butter.  DO NOT OVERMIX.  Might be easier to use clean hands.  Plop into greased muffin tin.  Will make 12.  Bake for 20 minutes.
