Pomegranate Dip

Light, bright, and oh-so-creamy! This pomegranate dip is the perfect appetizer for your next celebration or weekday night in. Good Culture cottage cheese is whipped with olive oil and lemon juice to create a perfectly tangy base. Top with pomegranate seeds and fresh mint for some crunch, color, and extra flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (plus zest if you like it extra bright)

To finish:

  • ⅓ cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, finely chopped
  • Fresh mint, torn
  • Extra olive oil, for drizzling (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the Good Culture cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Whip until completely smooth, creamy, and airy — scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Spoon into a shallow bowl and smooth the surface.
  4. Top with pomegranate, pistachios, and fresh mint. Finish with a light drizzle of olive oil if desired.
