protein pancakes

3 eggs
2 tbsp of agave or honey
1 cup good culture™ cottage cheese
1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt

directions:

1. place the first 4 ingredients in food processor and mix.
2. measure out dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. combine wet and dry ingredients together.
4. heat saute pan with butter, oil or oil spray.
5. pour 1 tbsp of mixture onto the pan.
6. cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
7. serve.
