Creamy Chai Pumpkin & Spice Cottage Cheese Cup
- 1 single serve cup of Good Culture Pumpkin & Spice Cottage Cheese
- 1/8 tsp ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
- Pinch of freshly ground cardamom powder
- Pinch of freshly ground clove powder
- Pinch of salt
Chai White Chocolate Magic Shell
- 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips/chunks
- ½ teaspoon extra virgin cold pressed coconut oil
- 1/8 tsp ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
- Pinch of freshly ground cardamom powder
- Pinch of freshly ground cloves
Method:
1. Into a blender add the Pumpkin & Spice cottage cheese, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, clove powder and salt. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Fill up your single serve cup back with the blended cottage cheese. Set aside.
3. In a small microwave save bowl, add the white chocolate, coconut oil, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, clove powder.
4. Microwave the white chocolate mixture in 15 second increments until the chocolate is just starting to melt. Give it a good stir until smooth and creamy.
5. Spoon the chai spiced white chocolate over the blended cottage cheese and swirl the cup in your hand to evenly spread the chocolate to create a thin layer.
6. Pop the cottage cheese cup in the freezer for about 10 minutes and you’ll be left with a crackly chocolate topping. Break in with a spoon and enjoy!
