Ingredients:
1 container Good Culture pumpkin and spice
2 tablespoons cold brew
¼ cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.25 cups ice
Whipped cream
Caramel drizzle
Pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Add pumpkin and spice cottage cheese, cold brew, pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract and ice to a high speed blender. Blend 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
Pour into a large cup and top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy with a spoon or a straw.
