Sauerkraut Dip

Enjoy this perfectly tangy and irresistibly creamy dip during your next gathering. Good Culture Cream Cheese, sauerkraut, and caraway seeds come together to create a perfectly scoopable dip. Pair it with some rye bread or crackers for some extra texture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 container of Good Culture Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups sauerkraut, very well drained and chopped
  • ½ tsp caraway seeds
  • ½ tsp kosher salt (start light)
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Rye bread, for serving

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake 12-15 minutes until hot, bubbly and soft throughout
  • Rest 2 minutes, then serve warm with rye bread
