Ingredients:
- 1 container of Good Culture Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups sauerkraut, very well drained and chopped
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- ½ tsp kosher salt (start light)
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Rye bread, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Combine all ingredients in a baking dish and bake 12-15 minutes until hot, bubbly and soft throughout
- Rest 2 minutes, then serve warm with rye bread
