Snack Hacks: Morning Moments

Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1-2 tbsp honey (depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Cut fruit or graham crackers for dipping
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Use as a dip for fruit or graham crackers. Great after school high protein snack!
Protein Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 mashed very ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In a larger bowl, mix the wet ingredients.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet.
- Grease a mini muffin pan and spoon in batter.
- Bake 350 for 15-18 minutes. Longer for larger muffins
- Makes 30-ish mini muffins. Refrigerate or freeze extras.
Egg Bites
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of Good Culture cottage cheese
- 1 cup of milk of your choice
- Chopped bell pepper, onion, and garlic
Instructions:
- Mix together and add to a greased cupcake dish
- Cook for 20-30 minutes at 300 F
- Take out of the oven and let cool, and sprinkle with green onions
