upgraded sour cream and onion dip
1 cup Good Culture sour cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 medium sized yellow onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
chives for garnish
1. cook sliced onions, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook for around 15 minutes over medium heat, until onions are softened.
2. reduce heat and continue to cook onions on low for another 45 minutes until they’re caramelized.
3. once complete, chop onions and combine with sour cream, lemon and garlic.
4. garnish with chives and a drizzle of olive oil.
