Strawberry “Cheesecake” Bowl

Makes 2 bowls


  • 16 oz Good Culture Cottage Cheese

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries

  • 2 tablespoons natural strawberry jam

  • 2 tablespoons nut butter

  • ¼ cup granola


  1. Add half of the cottage cheese to a small food processor. Pulse until smooth, about 10 seconds. Transfer to a bowl. 

  2. Repeat with the remaining cottage cheese, and add to a second bowl. Top each with a tablespoon of strawberry jam and nut butter, half of the chopped strawberries, and granola.

  3. Enjoy immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for later.
