Papaya Boats

Nothing screams “sunny weather is hereeee!” like a plate full of papaya, raspberries, and goji berries; and nothing screams “guilt-free and tasty!” as when Good Culture is added to that plate! Papaya is delicious and loaded with nutrients, making its silky smooth texture pair even more perfectly with the bite of Good Culture’s cottage cheese, and crunch of granola or chopped nuts. Enjoy these Papaya Boats in the morning for a nutrient-packed kickstart, or in the afternoon as your 2pm pick-me-up!


  • 2 large, ripe papayas

  • 3 cups Good Culture Organic 4% Cottage Cheese

  • ½ cup dried goji berries

  • ½ cup granola, or chopped nuts

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries


  • Cut each papaya in half lengthwise.

  • Scoop out and discard the seeds.

  • Fill each papaya half with ¾ cup cottage cheese, and sprinkle with goji berries, granola or chopped nuts, and fresh raspberries.

  • Enjoy immediately!
